My server was Tammy, she was upbeat, and very friendly. Greeted us when we came in and explained the whole menu. She was also very quick with her service whether it's bringing out our soup and salad, refilling our water, or taking away the trash and dirty dishes. Our chef Levi was also great! He talked to everyone at the table, made jokes, and had separate conversations with my husband and I. Food was made well and he was also very accommodating for extra sauces or requests, and anything else we need. Overall one of the best experiences I had so far with Benihana.

Our chef was Emmi. He was so much fun. Full of dad jokes! Also used lots of garlic butter! What more could we want? I alerted the server that I was allergic to mushrooms and the chef was very mindful of that when cooking. I got all of my food completed before there was a mushroom placed on the habachi grill. Very much appreciate that! Since visiting this Las Vegas location, I've looked one up in my city and gone back but it wasn't as delicious of when Emmi made it. Hope he's there next time we are back in Las Vegas! Such a good vibe.

Great happy hour here! Food items $3-$12 each, everything we tried was high quality and delicious! Normal portion size too, from what I could tell. In addition to the sushi rolls pictured, we had the edamame, pork gyoza, and vegetable spring rolls, YUM. Drinks ranged from $6-$12, including a large hot sake that hit the spot on a cold evening. Nice, friendly bartender (unfortunately I didn't catch her name) and lovely views from the bar, looking out at the Wynn greenery across the Strip. Happy hour runs 3-6pm, M-F in the bar and lounge area which were not too crowded when we arrived around 5:30pm on a Monday but were bustling by the time we left around 7. Wonderful dinner overall, will definitely be back to try the full hibachi experience!
